These Terms & Conditions (along with our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies on our site) govern your use of our website and purchases. By browsing, placing an order, or shopping with us, you agree to these terms.

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including consumer guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for purpose.

Fraud

To protect our customers, Havanah Boutique takes a firm stance against fraud. If a transaction is flagged due to suspected fraud, we will verify the order by phoning or emailing the credit card holder. Suspected fraud will be reported to authorities, including the Australian Federal Police.

Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotions may exclude certain styles or gift cards
  • Sale prices show automatically or after entering a valid code at checkout
  • Only one discount code per order
  • Codes must be applied at checkout — they can’t be added after checkout
  • We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday) excluding public holidays in Western Australia. Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out. For shipping times & costs, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel an order before dispatch, email us right away — we will always try our best to accommodate our customers.

When you receive an order confirmation via email, this is the receipt from your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

Havanah Boutique reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including inability to authorize payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraud, pricing issues, or any other reason deemed appropriate. Our customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
