At Havanah Boutique, we take great care in packaging and shipping your pieces from our Perth studio so they arrive safely.
Tracking is provided for all orders.

Australian Delivery
- Australian orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. This allows the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe, covered location on your property if you are not home.
- If you prefer Signature on Delivery (no ATL), please leave a note at checkout or contact us immediately after ordering.
- Havanah Boutique is not liable for loss or theft of parcels left in accordance with Authority to Leave instructions.

Important Information for European Union Customers
For orders shipping to the European Union, VAT and any applicable import duties are not collected at checkout. These will be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. You are responsible for paying any VAT, duties, or import fees when your parcel arrives.
General International Order Information
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or Australian public holidays.
- For orders placed before 2:00pm AWST are typically dispatched the same business day.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses outside Australia.
